Dewatering Unit LOLDW02

Dewatering Unit LOLDW02 is widely used in the different applications such as the municipal wastewater treatment, industrial wastewater treatment, palm oil recovery and waste treatment, drilling waste treatment, etc.

LOLDW02 is designed in the 20' container with decanter centrifuge, chemical mixing system, screw conveyor, and pumps included.
For comfortable operation, there are air condition and light system as well.

Dewatering Unit LOLDW01

The LOLDW01 DEWATERING UNIT is a self contained portable system that minimizes waste volume from closed loop drilling operations or waste fluids treatment projects. It is designed to substantially reduce drilling waste disposal costs and environmental impact. The LOLDW01 dewatering unit works by processing and producing clean fluids suitable for re-use on site as well as creating the semi-dry solids which are more compact and easier to transport and dispose of, which results in considerable cost savings due to the elimination of liquid mud for disposal. In addition, water requirements for the formulation of fresh mud are significantly reduced.

The LOLDW01 dewatering unit is compact and easily transportable with all chemical treatment equipment housed in one 20ft shipping container.

Linear Shale Shaker Work Theory

Linear shale shaker’s vibration is from the inertial vibrator. The linear shale shaker has a motor driven vibrator, vibrator with two axles, and eccentric weight on each axle (Fig. 2-1), and rotates in the opposite direction, so it is also called linear vibration shale shaker, by the two meshing tooth wheel to ensure synchronization. When two with eccentric disc rotates, the centrifugal force two eccentric weights generated by F, offset each other in the X axis component, in addition components of the Y axis, the exciting force which results in a back and forth in the direction of Y axis, the linear track vibration sieve box reciprocating in the Y axis direction.

HOW JET MUD MIXER WORKS

The JET MUD MIXER is used to make up drilling fluid or increase total amount of the drilling fluid, change the fluid density, viscosity, and dehydration. When making up again, put the materials of drilling fluid (such as betonies and barite powder) and corresponding chemical additives (such as polymer) into the recycle tank through the jet unit. If put them directly, the materials of drilling fluid and chemical additives will be deposited largely or dump together and we can’t obtain diffused and well-proportioned drilling fluid.

BWSLH jet mixing device is a unit used together with the solid control system for petroleum drilling. It is suitable for drilling from 1,500 meters to 6,000 meters and can strengthen and make up drilling fluid through the fixed control system horizontally. The unit includes one sand pump, one jet mixing funnel and one jet mixer that are installed in a base with pipe valves. It is safe and stable and can be moved conveniently.

Installation and Application
1. Installation
(1) According to the on-site situation, the tank should be at the same level as the slurry tank.
(2) Connect the suction inlet of the pump to the tank body with hoses.
(3) At the outlet, connect the jet mixing to the inlet of the tank with creeping pipe.
(4) Switch on the power, and see if the rotation direction of the sand pump is right.

2. Application
(1) For operation and maintenance of the sand pump, see its operation and maintenance instructions.
(2) BWSLH jet mixing device is shown as the figure.
(3) Before use, open the inlet butterfly valve of the sand pump. Then start the sand pump. When the sand pump runs normally, open the inlet butterfly valve of the funnel, then add the materials of drilling fluid (such as betonies and barite powder) and corresponding chemical additives (such as polymer) from the funnel to strengthen and make up the slurry.
(4) Before stop the pump, close the inlet butterfly valve  of the funnel to prevent the instant pressure decrease, which resulting in overflowing of slurry from the surface of the funnel.
(5) In winter, when BWSLH jet mixing device stops working for a long time, close the suction inlet butterfly valve 1, then loosen the pipe plugs under the casing of the sand pump and ones under the inlet pipe of the funnel to drain the slurry to prevent the pump body and pipeline from being blocked and frost cracked.

Mud Agitator introduction

 Mud Agitator is used in surface mud systems to suspend solids and maintain homogeneous mixture throughout the system. A mechanical agitator is driven by an explosion-proof motor, coupled to a gear box that drives the impeller shaft. The impellers (turbines) transform mechanical power into fluid circulation or agitation. The objective is to obtain a uniform suspension of all solids.
