Linear shale shaker’s vibration is from the inertial vibrator. The linear shale shaker has a motor driven vibrator, vibrator with two axles, and eccentric weight on each axle (Fig. 2-1), and rotates in the opposite direction, so it is also called linear vibration shale shaker, by the two meshing tooth wheel to ensure synchronization.
