Brightway Mud tank

Usage:

Brightway series mud tank is widely used in process plant, industrial, construction, commercial and oil field applications, pipeline projects, sewage plant outages, drilling chemical storage.

Capacity:

20m³ to 50m³ for each tank

Demension:

Length less than 12m Wide less than 2.4m Height less than 2.3m The tank demension should be customized according to customer's requirements.

Valves:

4" butterfly valves or customzed. Number and size can vary depending on tank design or specified.

Manifold:

Galvanized with part of flow manifold to ensure a long usage life.

Painting:

The paint from famous brand: Dowell.
 The tank surface has 3 layers coating:
1) First layer: epoxy zinc painting as the primer(85μm)
2) Second layer: the epoxy painting as the middle coating(25μm)
3) Third layer: polyurethane for the final painting(40μm) Tank during 3 layders coating has a good anticorrosion effect and also has a beautiful appearance.

Clean out:

All tanks have a 5° oblique bottom. Each compartment have a 600*600(mm) manhole for operator to get into the tank inside.

Material of construction:

Carbon steel from Baosteel, we can provide you with the furnace consumption certificate.

Quality:

All tanks are manufactured in accordance with the API standard. Material and spare parts are all from world famous brand.(we can provided with relevant certificates). Folding walkway and guardrail is convenient for transport.

Brightway Decanter Centrifuge

BWLWF series decanting centrifuge is the fourth phase solids control equipments. It is set behind the mud cleaner and desilter cleaner, using the principle of centrifugal action to separate the solid particles of 2-7μm from the drilling fluids. According to different speed we have middle speed decanting centrifuge, high speed decanting centrifuge and high speed variable frequency decanting centrifuge.

Centrifuge:
Oilfield Decanter Centrifuge For drilling fluids Decanter centrifuge are used to process unweighted and weighted, water-based and oil-based drilling fluids (muds). Mechanical energy is utilized to increase the gravitational force exerted on solids that are present in the mud system.oilfield Decanting Centrifuge are able to apply over 3,000 G-forces on the liquid/solids mixture, which separates the heavier solids from the lighter solids. Additionally, high G-forces separate fine solids from liquid. Mechanical separation of solids from the mud system through the use of a decanter centrifuge is a highly-effective means of maintaining proper mud weight and viscosity.

 When used in conjunction with other Solids control equipment, decanting centrifuge enable users to maintain the mud properties within the prescribed range as per the drilling program. Typically,oilfield decanting centrifuge is the final processing units in the arrangement of solids control equipment. Decanting centrifuge preceded by gas busters, gumbo removal equipment (if utilized),shale shakers, mud Cleaners (if utilized), Vacuum degassers and hyrdocyclones.
